Machining
We perform various types of conventional machining and also machining on CNC centres.
We use a LISSMAC grinding (deburring) machine for pre-surface treatment of the material. Thanks to CNC control and the dimension of the permeability of individual parts, we handle the processing of almost 90% of workpieces, which are therefore perfectly prepared for subsequent painting or other surface treatment.
Thanks to this process, the paint does not subsequently fall off the edges, and the individual workpieces are also stripped of the oxidation layer on the cutting edge.
We use the LISSMAC SBM – L 1500 G1S2 stand for work.
