Welding
Our main activity is welding, which creates a permanent connection between two or more metal parts. We emphasize the readiness of the welded surfaces, the execution of the weld and the cleanliness of the product. Our team of experienced quality controllers supervises the production process from material input to the final product.
We have high-quality Fronius and EWM welding resources for welding structural steel, aluminum and stainless steel materials. Since 2021, robotic welding has been an integral part of the company thanks to the Valk-Welding gantry welding robot, which can weld products up to 2.5 x 7.5 meters in size.
Our welding shops are equipped with professional SIEGMUND welding tables, including a large number of clamps and jigs that make it possible to weld various shapes in professional quality, and positioners for welding large structures and weldments up to a length of 14 meters and a weight of 10 tons.
Our priority is the maximum quality assurance of our welding work, which is ensured by a team of experienced quality inspectors of welding work and processes. We have a certified welding supervisor in the workplace.
Our EN ISO 3834-2 certificate vouches for the quality of the welding work we do.
We produce steel structures according to the design class up to EXC4 according to EN 1090-2.
